"Lost in Space" was one of my fondest childhood memories. I was privalidged to meet Bill Mumy and Jonathan Harris many years ago. Wonderful experience! Bill is just a regular guy and Jonathan had such preasence!

You are really taking the lyrics all too much to heart, here!! LIS was FICTION!! But, behind the illussion, there were some darker realities that are part of the untold story/ I thought the song was great; the instrumental accompaniment was excellent!!

Matt & John - GREAT job! I love the treatment on this project -- with just the tasteful red waveform, and the footage you fit so brilliantly into the viewport frame - it all fits the sparse arrangement of Bills song beautifully! What more can I add...well done....read the lyrics several years ago.....touched a little piece of my heart....a fond trubute to John Robinson and Dr. Smith.....never give up Will....home is waiting somewhere out there.....

I wish I could find this on tv now. Like the old shows in the late 60's; now this was real sci fi. I wish I knew where I could find it and watch it on dvd or tv.I loved this show and used to run home from school just so I could watch this on tv. Talk about a CLASSIC!

In one episode, the Robinson family and Dr Smith aboard the Jupiter 2 returned to Earth, the year they returned was 1947, 50 years prior to their launch. The locals were frightebed and called them "Venusians".

No. This travesty misses the entire point of the show and the early '60s zeightgeist that inspired it. This is a typical post viet-nam defeatist rant. The Will Robinson portrayed in LIS would never have expressed feelingslike these. If he had, he'd never have been picked for the mission.

Shadow1932; It's a SONG!!! That's all!! It tells the backstory that was never presented, but there are some stark realities illuminated. Will Robinson was just a little boy; I rather doubt that his social or political views would have been of much concern!! Better get a fresh can of oil, TinMan!! You're starting to squeak!!
